Introduction
In recent years, with the development of science and technology, 手部康复 robots have gradually become one of the 智能的 technological means to assist the development of 康复 medicine and promote 神经学的 康复 of 手 功能 after 卒中.
It has been widely used in 临床的 practice. In response to the different needs of 患者 for 康复 training, various 手部康复 robots that conform to 现代的 康复 concepts have been developed, including a 康复 机器人 with mirror training. However, its therapeutic effect on 手 functional 康复 still lacks 临床的 evidence support. This study is to explore the 康复 effects of a mirror-imaging 康复 机器人 on 手 运动 功能 in subacute 卒中 患者.
Methods
This retrospective study enrolled 40 subacute 卒中 患者. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Conventional 康复 治疗 was given in both groups, 康复 机器人((HR-08E, 司羿)was added on this base in the observation group, which lasted for 4 weeks. 手 功能 was evaluated before and after 4 weeks of 治疗.

Results
Statistical analysis of the degree of improvement found that the difference in FMA-UE score and FMA-UE 手 score in the observation group was higher than in the control group, which was statistically significant.
For improvement degree, the improvement score of FMA-UE score (P=0.038) and FMA-UE 手 score (P=0.048) in the observation group were 所有的 higher than that in the control group.

Conclusions
The mirror-imaging 康复 机器人 can improve 手 运动 功能 in subacute 卒中 患者. And, with the advantages of small size, portability and easy-to-operate, it can be used as an auxiliary 治疗 technology.
