The 体征 of 卒中
突然的 numbness or weakness in the face, 手臂, or 腿, especially on one side of the body.
突然的 confusion, trouble speaking, or difficulty understanding speech.
突然的 trouble seeing in one or both eyes.
突然的 trouble walking, dizziness, 丧失 of balance, or lack of coordination.
突然的 severe headache with no known cause.
If you think someone may be having a 卒中, act F.A.S.T. and do the following test:
F—Face: Ask the person to smile. Does one side of the face droop?
A—手臂: Ask the person to raise both 手臂. Does one 手臂 drift downward?
S—Speech: Ask the person to repeat a simple phrase. Is the speech slurred or strange?
T—Time: If you see any of these 体征, call ambulance right away.
